Start some kind of self-development for yourself - Start from the Start. Your business will grow only as fast as you grow. In order to develop others, you must first develop yourself. (TEAM members - Take the PE Profile to see what you need to study. (Read 15 minutes everday.) |

Be TEACHABLE - You must be teachable and be willing to be coached. Things that work great in sales or traditional business, sometimes do not work well in Network Marketing. |

Practice accountability - Never tell a lie to your distributors or customers. Being accountable means that when you write checks, they're good; when you promise to work with someone, you follow through; and when you commit to attend and event, you're there - on time. |

Develop a BUSINESS PLAN - How, When, Where, Who, Why are you going to do this business. Once you have a clear focus on what you want to accomplish. You need to put into ACTION or what many people call the DMO - Daily Method of Operation.

Build a TEAM - Your foundation is critical. You need to find 4 TEAM members why will partner up with you. You will have customers, business builders and TEAM members who will follow the system to the letter. DO NOT try to sell products retail first, and attempt to sneak the business in the back door. |

Become a LEADER - As your organization grows, communication is to be passed downline so people know what is available to them. Your mastermind group will continue to build with a complete training program.

Edify organization - By edifying your sponsorship line - then bringing your prospects to them - you'll have support to hold you over until you develop some initial success and credibility. |
